AGE 14-17

Our 14-17 program (FITteens) has a large focus on boxing and kickboxing fundamentals and skills. Your kids will be holding pads, hitting punching bags, learning how to block/defend punches with the right technique. They’ll learn how to slip, weave and throw punches with the correct technique in an environment that’s safe and welcoming for teens with any fitness level and ability.
